Our Commitment To Privacy: Your privacy
is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this
notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you
can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make
this notice easy to find, we make it available on our "Policies" page
and in writing if you so desire.
The Information We Collect: This notice applies to all
information collected or submitted on the Sports Cards Etc. website. On
some pages, you can order products, make requests, and register to
receive materials. The types of personal information collected at these
pages are:

Phone number
Credit/Debit Card Information

Our Commitment To Data Security: To prevent unauthorized
access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of
information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and
managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect
online.
Shipping Policy: As of 6 October 2005
Sports Cards Etc. is adopting a "No Shipping and Handling Fee" policy.
All shipping and handling will be free of charge to our customers,
within the continental United States.
Return Policy: Item can be exchanged, within 30 days, if
defective or not as described, full refund if exchange is not available.
Purchase amount less 10% refund/restocking fee refunded for any other
reason.
When Sports Cards Etc. is at fault for any reason, we will email a
return label through the UPS "Electronic Return Label" service at our
cost. The returned item may need to be inspected before fault is
determined. Returned item must be received before a replacement can be
shipped. Item must be in original condition, with all original
packaging, photos & COA's. No returns will be accepted unless we are
first contacted for claim instructions!
